• Last week I saw a beautiful piece of jewelry that I really wanted and today I can’t find it on your site.  Do you have others?  Each piece of Dakota’s jewelry is a unique, one of a kind.  That said, there have been only a couple of instances when Dakota has been asked about a specific piece which is no longer available and she’s been able to recreate it, but those instances are rare.  If you see something you absolutely like, something you can’t live without, you should buy it right away because as the saying goes, once it’s gone...it’s gone.
  
  

• How will you ship my jewelry purchase?  All shipments are sent two day USPS Priority Mail with a Tracking Number forwarded to your Email In Box.  The shipping cost is $5.99 for purchases less than $300.00 or $12.99 for purchase greater then $300.00.
  

• Some jewelers use imitation crystals and chips in their jewelry, does Dakota?  Absolutely not.  Dakota uses only the finest of Swarovski crystal beads, Austrian crystals, Rondells, Squaredells, Dakota stones, Jasper stones and metal beads in her creations.
  
  

• What forms of payment does Jewelry By Dakota accept?  Dakota accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
